  • General conditions

    These general conditions of sale are agreed between PLANET JEWELRY – ARTIGOS DE JOALHARIA, UNIPESSOAL LDA., headquarters located at Rua Eng.º Ferreira Dias, n.º 924 - 2º andar, Sala E31, 4100-246 Porto, registered at Conservatória do Registro Comercial do Porto (Porto Commercial Registry Office), with the Registration and Identification number of Legal Entity 515 587 079, with a share capital of €5,000, Goldsmith Retail License No. T7198, and holder of the UNIKE brand, hereinafter referred to as " Planet Jewelry " and persons who purchase through the UNIKE Website - unikejewellery.com, hereinafter referred to as "User", the User being a customer who is not a trader.


    Purchases made through this website are governed only by these general conditions of sale excluding any conditions previously available on the Website or by prior agreement, express and in writing.
    Planet Jewelry can promptly modify provisions of its general conditions, thus the User should read them every time visiting the UNIKE website.
    The purpose of these general conditions of sale is to provide and define the information required by the User and regulate all the steps necessary to place an order.

  • Privacy Policy

    The User authorizes Planet Jewelry to process and use their data in accordance with the privacy policy of the UNIKE website.

    Planet Jewelry recognizes the importance of protecting your personal data, whatever its nature, and values, above all, honesty and transparency, so that it is possible to build a solid and lasting relationship with its customers, based on trust and on mutual benefit. Thus, and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union (EU 2016/679), a set of security measures are implemented aimed at protecting your data.

  • Order at www.unikejewellery.com

    In order to place an order, the User must add items to the shopping cart, edit the quantity of items and complete the purchase through the “Pay Safely” option.


    In order to place an order, the User must:

    • Register on the UNIKE Website or alternatively select the option "no" in the question: "Do you want to register?" and fill in the data required to send your order.
    • Log in
    • Complete the requested information, including delivery and billing address, shipping, and payment methods.


    The placing of the order by the User represents the full and complete acceptance of the prices and description of the products available for sale, as well as the general conditions.


    Planet Jewelry respects the terms of an order as long as there is stock availability. In the event of no stock availability, Planet Jewelry will contact the customer by email or by phone to inform the new delivery period for the product. If the customer does not agree with the delivery period, he/she can choose to buy another item or be refunded the paid amount.

  • Delivery

    Orders are delivered by the carriers mentioned below or by another one contracted by Planet Jewelry.

      • Portugal mainland — CTT Expresso or Correos Express
      • Portugal islands — CTT Expresso
      • Peninsular Spain — Correos Express
      • International — DHL


    • Delivery at Pick-up points
      Continental Portugal — DPD
      Portuguese islands and international — not available

    Products marked as having limited stock and customized products may have a different delivery time than that generally advertised on the website.


    In the event of unavailability of the ordered item, Planet Jewelry will inform the customer and proceed with the refund of the paid amount within a maximum period of 15 days after becoming aware of unavailability.
    Planet Jewelry cannot be held responsible in any way for any damage caused, whether directly or indirectly, due to delays in deliveries or unavailability of the ordered item.
    Orders are shipped within 72 hours after payment confirmation.


    To monitor an order in progress, the User can send an e-mail to info@unikejewellery.com or follow the order through the carrier's website, which will be indicated to the User.



    Should you not be available to receive your order (home delivery), a note will be left at the delivery address with the indication of the relevant CTT post office where the order can be picked up. Should it not be collected within the period provided on the note, Planet Jewelry considers such act as an expression of willingness to terminate the contract, with the order being cancelled and returned to the warehouse. In this case, the client will be reimbursed for the amount paid, except for the shipping costs if they were not charged. For further information, please contact us.


    In case of home delivery by DHL, a second delivery will be scheduled.

  • Payment

    The UNIKE Jewels website, owned by Planet Jewelry allows the User the following payment methods:
    a) Credit Card (Visa and Mastercard)
    b) MBway;
    c) ATM;
    d) Paypal;
    e) FLOA (3x or 4x)

    Planet Jewelry employs all efforts to ensure maximum confidentiality and security of data transmitted over the internet.


    FLOA terms and conditions

    Pay in 3 instalments, pay in 4 instalments or by credit or debit card with your FLOA partner.

    FLOA BANK, a public limited company (société anonyme) with share capital of €72,297. 200, registered with the Bordeaux commercial register under number 434 130 423, with its registered office at Bâtiment G7 - 71 Rue Lucien Faure in Boreaux (33300), FRANCE, offers payment solutions reserved for individuals (natural persons of legal age) resident in Portugal and holders of a Visa or MasterCard bank card with an expiry date corresponding to the duration of the refund which allows you to pay for your purchases of goods and/or services, by means of ‘Payment in 3X’ or ‘Payment in 4X’, without interest.

    Once you have completed your order, you must choose to pay using the desired payment method ‘Payment in 3X’ or ‘Payment in 4X’ by Credit or Debit Card; you will then be redirected to the FLOA BANK website, where you can make your payment. FLOA BANK reserves the right to accept or refuse the financing request; the customer may cancel the payment request within 14 days. For more information, click here.

    Please note that if you request payment for your order of goods and/or services using these payment methods, your personal data will be passed on to FLOA BANK for the purposes of analysing the financing request, managing the credit agreement and, where appropriate, recovery.   • Prices

    Prices are shown in Euros, considering the VAT in effect on the date of order payment.
  • Returns and exchanges

    Any order contract made on the UNIKE website can be freely resolved under the terms of article 6 of Portugal Decree-Law No. 143/2001, April 26th, within a maximum period of 30 days, from the date of order reception by the consumer, the latter communicating his/her intention to the following e-mail: info@unikejewellery.com.

    In case of termination, the consumer must keep the goods to be able to return them to Planet Jewelry, in due conditions of use, within 30 days from the date of order reception.

    Returns for orders shipped to mainland Portugal.

    User returns are free of charge and the process is quite simple.

    • Access your order history in your personal account at unikejewellery.com (if you made the purchase without registering you can access the link sent in the shipping notification email).
    • Access the details of the respective order, click on "return", choose the item you want to return/exchange and the reason.
    • Then you must place the products to be returned, in perfect sales condition, with all accessories (including the original packaging of the brand), inside a package with the purchase document (you can reuse the shipping box), closing it and
    • applying the return label on the outside of it, taking care to completely cover the previous label.
    • The carrier will collect your order the next working day.
    • Alternatively you can send the items to be returned by mail to the address Rua Eng.º Ferreira Dias, n.º 924 - 2º andar, Salas E31/E35/E36, 4100-246 Porto. The article must always be accompanied by the invoice and the expedition costs will be supported by the User.

    Returns for orders sent outside mainland Portugal (Islands and other international territories)

    Unfortunately, returns from the User for orders sent outside mainland Portugal are not currently free of charge, but we are working to make this possible in the future. To make a return:

    • Access your order history in your personal account at unikejewellery.com (if you made the purchase without registering you can access the link sent in the shipping notification email).
    • Access the details of the respective order, click on "return", choose the item you want to return/exchange and the reason.
    • Then you must place the products to be returned, in perfect sales condition, with all accessories (including the original packaging of the brand), inside a package with the purchase document (you can reuse the shipping box).
    • You must choose a carrier and send the items to the address UNIKE Jewellery | Rua Eng.º Ferreira Dias, n.º 924 - 2º andar, Salas E31, 4100-246 Porto. The item must always be accompanied by the invoice and the shipping costs will be paid by the User.

    We only accept returns of items in the same condition in which they were sent.


    For exchanges, the process is exactly the same as the previous terms.


    Once the right of withdrawal has been exercised, Planet Jewelry will refund the price paid by the consumer.

  • After-sales and warranty services

    All items sold on UNIKE's website by Planet Jewelry are covered by the Manufacturer's Warranty two-year warranty, guaranteed by the respective brands. After expiry of the warranty, Planet Jewelry also provides technical assistance. In the case of faulty or defective products, please contact us using the contact form. Whenever the repair involves costs for the customer, it will only be initiated after the customer has accepted the relevant quotation.
  • UNIKE Newsletter

    The UNIKE Newsletter consists of brand communications, offers, promotions and information and is sent periodically to the user's email box provided to Planet Jewelry when the user registers on the website UNIKE or in the appropriate place at the bottom of the pages of the website with the indication "Newsletter Subscription". The User can subscribe to the Newsletter, being automatically registered from the moment they place their first online order.

    To modify personal data, the User must go to his/her personal area or sent an email to info@unikejewellery.com.
  • Intellectual property

    The UNIKE website and content within it is protected by the relevant laws relating to copyright and industrial property and may not be copied, reproduced or disseminated, either in whole or in part. It is specifically prohibited to copy or retransmit any text, logo, graphic, sound or image from the UNIKE website, unless expressly permitted by Planet Jewelry.

    Printing and collecting information contained on this site for personal use is permitted.
  • Litigation and Liability

    Planet Jewelry is not responsible for any inconvenience or damage caused to the User by the use of the internet network, such as: disruption of service, outside intrusion, anomalies caused by computer viruses or any other case of force majeure.
    The law applicable to any contractual relationship established through the UNIKE website is Portuguese law.

    To settle any and all conflicts arising from any contract entered into under these general conditions of sale, the Porto District Court will take on the matter, expressly waiving any other.
  • Terms and conditions Black Weeks 2023

    Discounts up to 30% on UNIKE jewellery (except Gold Collection). Campaign valid in the online shop at www.unikejewellery.com from 1st to 30th November 2023. Limited to the existing stock. The extended exchange period remains available for all products purchased during the Black Friday campaign, until 31st January 2024. Valid for Portugal.
